FlexeTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright legislation applicable in Italy. This policy explains our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims.

1. Our Content Licensing Position

FlexeTV operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store, or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and video-on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors. We are committed to ensuring our operations respect applicable copyright laws.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through https://flexetv.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include ALL of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material with specific URL(s) or sufficient information to locate it.
  3. Your contact information including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  4. Good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 5 business days and take appropriate action.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to [email protected].

Your counter-notice must include identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury, your contact information, consent to jurisdiction in Italy, and your signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

FlexeTV maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices will be reviewed. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions of users determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. 512(f)) and equivalent laws, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
